Slow Cooker Corned Beef
Delicious corned beef made in your crockpot. Serves 8.
- Place beef brisket into the slow cooker
- Add beef broth
- Sprinkle in the pickling seasoning packet
- Cook on low for 8-9 hours
- Prepare vegetables and halfway through the cooking process add to the slow cooker
- If using cabbage, add one hour before eating
- Ingredients:
- One, 2-4 pound package of B Bar Ranch Organic corned beef and pickling seasoning packet
- 4 carrots
- 8 small red potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 1/2 head of cabbage
