Slow Cooker Corned Beef

Delicious corned beef made in your crockpot. Serves 8.

  • Place beef brisket into the slow cooker
  • Add beef broth
  • Sprinkle in the pickling seasoning packet
  • Cook on low for 8-9 hours
  • Prepare vegetables and halfway through the cooking process add to the slow cooker
  • If using cabbage, add one hour before eating
  • Ingredients:
  • One, 2-4 pound package of B Bar Ranch Organic corned beef and pickling seasoning packet
  • 4 carrots
  • 8 small red potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
