The Music of Yellowstone Comes to B Bar Ranch

At the height of summer, under the long evening light of Tom Miner Basin, B Bar Ranch invites you to a singular night of music and mountain air. Join us for a special outdoor performance by the Lake String Quartet, a cherished ensemble from Yellowstone National Park known for weaving the region’s beauty into every note.

Their repertoire spans Bach to cowboy ballads—refined yet grounded, much like the landscape itself. Set against the striking backdrop of Sheep Mountain, this open-air concert promises to blend classical music with the natural rhythms of the land. In the event of inclement weather, the performance and dinner will be moved to the warmth and shelter of our historic Reed Barn, preserving the spirit of the evening in a more intimate setting.

Guests will gather in a quiet pasture just beyond ranch headquarters, where soft grass, wide skies, and the sounds of summer frame the performance. Dinner will be served onsite—a casual but elevated offering of grilled B Bar beef and locally sourced fare, styled simply and served with care.

This one-night-only event is limited to 50 guests to preserve the intimacy of the setting. For those wishing to extend their stay, a small number of our A-Frame cabins will be available for overnight reservation.
